Engineers have been alerted to a failure of mains power at our co-location facility in Penrith, engineers are currently on route to investigate further.

Presently all loads have been automatically transferred to backup power.

A workaround was put into place at approximately 1040am to pass calls through an alternate provider. The primary path has now been restored and we are continuing to monitor and await a reason for outage.
